Two of our Core Beliefs here at I-ology are Positive Commitment and Results Matter.  We choose positivity and follow through on commitments while holding ourselves and each other accountable to grow and achieve results, inside and outside of the office. With that in mind, we launched our 2017 Road to Health and Wellness, Inside and Out initiative last month.

In January we opened our Zen Room – a place big enough for one to two people to take a few minutes to relax, without the laptops and work talk. We also introduced a variety of healthy, low calorie snack options and plenty of fresh fruit to go around.

Each month we plan to participate in one health event as a team – from learning how to meditate, to hikes and zumba class. Additionally, our quarterly team events will now incorporate a health and/or wellness activity. We are going to try a little bit of everything in our best effort to live a healthier lifestyle.

In February, we hosted a healthy red food potluck to support the American Heart Association for National Wear Red Day. Then in March, we are participating in the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk as Team I-ology. After only a month into 2017, we have noticed many team members incorporating health and wellness into their lives outside of work, and the results are noticeable! From weight loss to better moods, we are loving the positive changes!

We look forward to the healthy, happy road ahead as I-ology moves into our 19th year of business.
